Community Education

 

The Community Education Department provides a
variety of academic, enrichment and recreation activities
for the students of the Saginaw Public Schools and citizens
of our community. Our goal is to provide opportunities
and services that go beyond the normal school day to
enrich our students, their families and the community.

Programs include:

  • 21st Century
  • After the Bell Rings
  • Before the Bell Rings
  • City Wide Elementary Spelling Bee
  • Parent Resource Center
  • Saginaw County Science & Engineering Fair
  • Youth Sports Program

The Community Education Department is in the Instructional and Staff Development Center, 1505 Ottawa Blvd. The Center is located across the street from Handley Elementary. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. on Monday through Friday.
