I am honored to be the new Principal of Chester Miller Elementary School. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little bit about me. I grew up in the Saginaw area and am committed to the growth and development of this amazing community at large. I have worked in Saginaw Public Schools as a classroom teacher, a Title I teacher and a District Professional Learning Community Coach before being the principal of Herig Elementary for the past eight years. My husband, Ron and I have been married for 22 years this August and together have two children, Vincent (20) and Andrew (18). Our family loves sports, especially football, and cheering on all the hometown teams in every sport. I have been in education for 23 years, with vast experience in leadership, curriculum, and district policy. As Principal, I take pride in building relationships and wholeheartedly believe in educating the whole child with a rigorous curriculum and comprehensive programming that will ensure students are ready to thrive in the classroom and beyond!!
