Health Center

At the Health Center we provide the following services: physicals (sports and school), treatment for illness or injuries, health education, vaccines (shots), counseling, TB tests, lab tests, dental bus, medicaid enrollment and Much More.

SBHC happily accepts students with Medicaid or most private insurances. Individuals without insurance will have access to a sliding fee scale based on income. The staff at the School-Based Health Center is also able to sign students up for MiChild and Healthy Kids (Medicaid Insurance) if they are uninsured.

How Do I Get Services?

Parental consent is required for all services (except Adolescent Confidential Health Services as per Michigan law). Students or parents may call and make appointments, or stop by the health center to make an appointment though walk-ins are welcome for acute care issues.
