Throughout her high school career, Tierra has consistently demonstrated a commitment to both her education and her community. She has served as a Youth Ambassador, a Student School Board member, and President of the National Honor Society, representing student voices and helping guide initiatives that support her peers.
Tierra has also shown strong leadership through extracurricular involvement. As the drum major of Saginaw United High School, she has led fellow students while building discipline, confidence, and teamwork. Her participation in Mock Trial and the Pathway to Excellence program has further strengthened her skills in leadership, time management, and career exploration.
Her hard work and dedication have been recognized through honors such as the 2026 GLBR Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship.
After graduation, Tierra plans to pursue a career as a forensic psychologist for the FBI, with the goal of making a positive impact within the justice system.
