Saginaw United High School celebrated the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 during its Senior Convocation ceremony, where students were recognized for academic achievement, leadership, scholarships, and community involvement.
During the ceremony, 84 students received scholarships totaling more than $233,000, marking nearly a quarter-million dollars awarded to graduating seniors through community organizations, foundations, memorial scholarships, and academic awards.
Students were recognized for a wide range of achievements, including academic honors, leadership awards, club and activity participation, and scholarship accomplishments.
The ceremony also highlighted the school’s Academic Top 10 students:

Principal Eric Gordon addressed students and families during the event, which also recognized valedictorian Ahnyala Eichelberger and salutatorian Tierra Pringle for their academic accomplishments.
Scholarships and awards presented during the convocation came from a variety of local organizations, community groups, foundations, alumni groups, and scholarship sponsors dedicated to supporting student success after graduation.
The ceremony served as both a celebration of achievement and a reflection of the strong support students continue to receive from the Saginaw community.
