Saginaw Public Schools would like to inform our community that lighting upgrades will be taking place in several district buildings over the next few months.
As part of this work, contractors will be onsite during overnight hours, approximately 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. This week's work will begin at Stone Elementary.
Community members may notice activity, including vehicles and workers, at school properties outside of normal business hours. This work is scheduled during third shift to avoid disruption to the school day.
There is no cause for concern. All contractors are authorized and working in coordination with the district.
