
Sleep is essential for our physical and mental well-being. It's the time when our bodies heal and repair, so it's important to get enough quality sleep every night. There are a few things you can do to improve your sleep habits:
1. Establish a regular sleep schedule. Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day.
2. Create a relaxing bedtime routine to help you wind down before sleep.
3. Keep your bedroom dark, quiet, and cool
4. Limit screen time before bed.
5. Avoid caffeine and alcohol before sleep.

Take 10 minutes today to practice mindful breathing. Find a quiet space, sit comfortably, and focus on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four, hold for four, then exhale through your mouth for a count of six.
This practice can help reduce stress, improve focus, and reset your energy for the rest of the week.
