🔬✨ Mrs. Bekemeier's 2nd Graders Put Science into Action! ✨🔬
Today, Mrs. Bekemeier's class worked together as a team to explore and use their knowledge of properties of matter—and made their own sticky glue! 🧪🖍️
The students learned firsthand how different materials combine and change, experimenting with simple ingredients to create a fun and functional product. Talk about science in action! 👩🔬👨🔬
It’s amazing to see our young learners applying what they know to create something tangible. Proud of their teamwork and curiosity! 🌟

Each month, our Mobile Monday's event brings this mission to life — creating a welcoming space where families can gather, learn, and connect with community resources. On average, we serve 30–50 children and their families every second Monday of the month, providing:
Warm meals and food bags for families to take home
Household and hygiene supplies
Books, literacy materials, and resources
Hands-on learning experiences for all types of learners — visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and neurodiverse
This work aligns with FACT’s belief in “Education for All.” Every child deserves an equal chance to learn, and every caregiver deserves the tools to support that learning.

Hello Stone Elementary Families!
I have some exciting news to share! After speaking with our Texas Roadhouse rep, Stone Elementary had the biggest fundraiser this year—and we made an amazing profit! Thank you so much for your support. We are thrilled with the results!
Even more exciting, the gift cards were designed by one of our very own 5th graders, and she did an absolutely amazing job! I can't wait for everyone to see them!
However, since the gift cards are custom-made, there has been a slight delay. Bread, butter, and gift cards should be in by the 2nd week of December. Once they arrive, we will arrange a convenient pickup date and time for all orders.
Thank you again to all our Stone Elementary parents for your continued support. We truly appreciate it and can’t wait to share the final items with you!

🎃 STEM learning in action! Our K–2 students had a blast exploring the parts of a pumpkin. They learned what’s inside and out, then used their creativity to build their own pumpkin models. 🍁

STEM creativity at work! Our 3–5 grade students learned what it takes to be a sneaker designer — from concept to creation. They explored design, color, and function, then brought their ideas to life by designing their own custom shoes!
