We’re excited to share some great upcoming sports opportunities for our students! Families can now sign students up for Floor Hockey and Tennis using the QR codes shown in the flyers. These programs are open to specific grade levels, so please check each picture carefully for eligibility.

Sign-ups are now open for Floor Hockey (Grades 4 &5), Competitive Cheer (Grades 2-5), and Tennis(Grades 2-5). Sign up sheets were sent home for Cheer and Tennis. Students interested in Floor Hockey can sign up using the QR code in the picture.
Please note that practices and events for all three sports will take place at other schools, so be sure to read through the information provided for details.

What better way to get ready for Valentine’s Day than by sharing delicious chocolates and sweet treats with family and friends? All orders and money are due back to the school office by Thursday, January 28th. Please see the order form and attached note for more details.
As a quick reminder, if your child’s end-of-day transportation plans change, please be sure to call the school office at (989) 399-5200 preferably no later than 2:45pm so we can ensure everyone gets home safely.
Also, as we are well into winter weather, please send students with coats, hats, gloves, boots, and snow pants when possible so they can enjoy a warm and fun recess time when weather permits. Thank you for your continued support! ⛄

Yes, we are back in school today and excited to see all our students! Hopefully everyone enjoyed their snow day and got some time do rest and relax. Due to the weather and school cancellation, we were not able to have our Leader of the Month Assembly yesterday (Wednesday).
We will hold our December Growing Leaders Assembly on Wednesday, December 17th at 9:45 am. As always, if you child has been chosen as the Leader of the Month, you will receive a special invitation to the reception that morning as well. We hope to see many of you at the assembly as we celebrate our students for perfect attendance, Leadership skills and also highlight some Leader In Me habits.

We are excited to invite all of our Zilwaukee families to our upcoming Holiday Program. Our students have been practicing some wonderful holiday songs and cannot wait to share them with you.
The program will take place on Tuesday, December 9th at 1:30 PM in the gym.
We will also be hosting a bake sale in the media center immediately after the program, so feel free to bring a few dollars to take home some tasty treats.
We look forward to celebrating the season together!

Please note: As the temps drop, please send students with warm layers including coats, hats, and gloves. We’ll go outside for recess as often as possible (weather permitting).
